Camporee
announcements:
Monday, October
15th: Patrols will be menu planning, coordinating
attendance and duties for this weekend. Meeting attendance
tomorrow is essential for a successful event.
Parents - We will
need to coordinate transportation and other event support roles.
Night Event volunteers
- The Night Event will now be held Saturday night rather than Friday as
originally scheduled. If you have volunteered to provide Camporee
support, especially for the Night Event, please attend tomorrow's
meeting. If the schedule change affects your volunteer commitment,
please email me ASAP.
Popcorn
announcements:
Inventory is still available
for neighborhood sales. Call Max Stack to request products from
inventory. Upon request, I will bring product to Monday's meeting.
Take Orders must be processed
through council no later than 10/2707. ALL TAKE ORDERS MUST BE COMPLETED
AND GIVEN TO LAURIE MCADAMS BY MONDAY, OCTOBER 22ND. WE CANNOT ACCEPT
LATE TAKE ORDERS.
OUTING FUND-RAISING POSSIBILITIES
Calling all Scout families...........
In efforts to raise funds for up and coming scout events we have
been looking for ways to earn money for the boys. I am interested
to know if there are any families who are consultants for things
like Cookie Lee, Avon, Tupperware, Pampered Chef, etc, who are
willing to donate a percentage of their profits to the scout
accounts of the boys who purchase items from your company.
If you are, please e-mail me ASAP, and let me know so we can have a
major announcement for the Troop and make it just in time for the
holidays!
